Bell worked the crowd during our showcase lunch break, mingling with our clients and chit chatting about the day. I thought that was very representative of how he would be at a speaking engagement--hands on.

His latest book, Wired and Dangerous: How Your Customers Have Changed and What to Do About It', with John R. Patterson, is currently on the Inc. Magazine top 25 best-selling books list. It is also the #1 best-selling customer service book on Amazon.com.
When asked what made him stand out from other keynotes, he replied 'I have fun with the audience, I'm engaging and well prepared...and I'm darn good looking!'. Chip also says his favorite group to speak to is 'the after lunch time group', which alludes to his enthusiasm and energy level.
