The FIVE STAR gang had a great time on our weekly call with keynote business speaker, Chip Bell. While he made us LOL and giggle with glee, Chip has a heart as big as Texas (and he'll tell you that with his Texas sized accent!).
Chip was not only a successful consultant for over 31 years, but is an internationally recognized keynote speaker, and has authored six-best selling books that include: Managing Knock Your Socks off Service; Customers As Partners; Magnetic Service; and Take Their Breath Away: How Imaginative Service Creates Devoted Customers. His newest is the best-selling book, Wired and Dangerous: How Your Customers Have Changed and What to Do about It.
Chip Bell has helped many Fortune 100 companies dramatically enhance their bottom lines and marketplace reputation through innovative customer-centric strategies that address the needs of today's picky, fickle, vocal and "all about me" customers.'
When asked what made him stand out from other keynotes, he replied 'I have fun with the audience, I'm engaging and well prepared...and I'm darn good looking!'. Chip also says his favorite group to speak to is 'the after lunch time group', which alludes to his enthusiasm and energy level.
