Mitchell talked about the most difficult struggle of his entire recovery was learning how to transfer from his wheelchair to the couch and back. He asked us as an audience, 'what transfer are you avoiding?' Which makes you think. Mitchell also went on to remind us that your dreams should never get pushed away and it's never too late.
